Blast Rooms

MJ Services (Southern) Ltd have supplied blast rooms and the ancillary equipment required to service a blast room throughout the UK.

The size of the room will vary depending on the size of the component shape and size although the most popular size is a blast room made from an ISO 6 metre shipping container. Wether you require a full turnkey installation or any of the integral parts, dust extraction or recovery system we will be happy to quote.

Recovery Systems

Our experience has shown the mechanical belt and bucket elevator recovery system to be the most reliable and economical way to return spent abrasive. Our range caters for any requirements from 3 tonne per hour up to 30 tonne per hour and all units are complete with an airwash cleaning unit.

We also offer partial of full under floor screw conveyor recovery systems to feed the spent abrasive to the belt and bucket elevator.

As a less expensive alternative we offer a vacuum recovery unit with a capacity of 2 tonnes per hour. With prices from �2,850.00 this is an excellent entry level recovery system.
